Meet Our Cheer Staff

Wendy Trinh


Since elementary school both sideline and competitive. She was captain of her high school varsity competition team. She is a college student at North Georgia College and State University and is a competition cheerleader for the college. Wendy has coached gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling 4 years. She has coached ages 2-16 years old and she has coached teams all the way to winning a national championship.


Sean Simmons



Sean was born in Mabelton, GA. and attended Pebblebrook High School, Cobb county's school
for the Performing Arts. He participated in multiple activities including dance, Company, football,
wrestling, track and field, and was the first male cheerleader in the schools history. He was a member
of the first all star squad to win a national championship from the state of Georgia with the Pro-Cheer
All stars senior coed squad. Sean was a of the member of the 1996 team Addidas cheerleading squad.
He has been cheering and coaching for 17 years; With 3 years all star cheer leading experience, 7 years
of college cheer experience, and over 60 national championships as participant and coach. His coaching
experience has ranged from the east coast fast paced high energy routines to the more reserved safer
west coast routines. He is a seasoned choreographer, coach, tumbling instructor and gym manager.



Collette Prillaman


Collette began cheering at the age of 10, and has cheered at every level from Recreational, All-Stars, High School, College, and Adult Open ever since.

With over 14 years of cheerleading experience, she has been coaching for more than 8 years. Her coaching experience includes all levels of tumbling, and team coach of both high school, and all-star teams. Her love of the sport is obvious through her interaction with the students. Her energetic attitude keeps the gym a fun place to play!! She is coaching the Senior team this year, and is in the gym 3 days a week for tumbling.



Christine Carr


Ms. Christy was born and raised right here in the great state of Georgia. She has a 14 year competitive gymnastics background. When she was 15 years old she took 3 first place events at a Junior Olympic USA gymnastics competition. At age 16 she switched to competitive cheerleading for her high school and a local all-star squad. She also has 2 years of levels 4-6 compulsory gymnastics coaching. This season she will be coaching our Junior level 2 competition cheerleading squad. “I’m very excited to see what this season will bring. I can’t wait to help make these girls champions!”





Ondrea Heimerman

Born in Wichita Kansas, Ondrea Heimerman a.k.a Miss Oh! grew up in a competitive gym program where she competed for five years and fell head over heels in love with the sport. After retiring, her passion for gymnastics was directed to competitive and recreational cheerleading as she continued tumbling. Later Miss Oh! moved to Missouri. Where she attended high school at Oak Park High and was involved in many activities including: Varsity Comp cheerleader 2 years, All American Cheerleader 1 year, and Varsity Diver 1 year, in that year she took first place in conference for the state of Missouri. Her second year in college she began coaching competitive and recreational gymnastics. She soon moved to Georgia and pursued her coaching career while also obtaining photography skills and experience. During her time in Georgia Miss Oh! cheered for the Atlanta Xplosion Women’s Semi professional football team for the last 2 years. She has over 20 years of gymnastics practice and 10 years of cheerleading knowledge, and 5 years of coaching experience. She is a Level 1, 2 and 3 tumbling coach, flyer coach, and assistant coach to the Mini level 1 Firecrackers, the Youth level 2 Dynamos, and the Junior level 2 Bomb Squad.


David Singer


David is originally from Redding, California. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with his Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics. He has over 20 years experience in the sport of gymnastics between personal competition and coaching and over 5 years cheerleading experience including personal competition and coaching.
In gymnastics, he competed for over 15 years through current Level 9. His specialties were floor, rings, and vault. He was a member of the California Jr. Olympic State Team and state and regional champion several times in different classes, events, and overall throughout his competitive career. During college he competed recreationally for a short time on the gymnastics club sport team at the University of California at Berkeley. He has coached men's and women's recreational, developmental, and competitive gymnastics from pre-school to adult over the past 9 years. He is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member for Men's and Women's gymnastics along with Trampoline and Tumbling.
He competed for a National Champion all-star cheerleading squad after injury prevented further gymnastics competition at an elite level. He has 3 years experience coaching stunts, tosses, and tumbling for high school and all-star cheerleading and 1 year being a coach and member of the collegiate club sport team he assisted in starting while attending the University of California at Berkeley. He is also certified though Level 5 for US All-Star Federation for stunts, tosses, and tumbling.
