Meet Our Girl's Gymnastics Staff

Lidia Smith


Russia . During her 14 year competitive career, Lidia competed and won in meets throughout Russian Nationals. Lidia received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education at Leningrad State of Physical Education in St. Petersburg. During that time she began coaching. Throughout the 15 years that Lidia coached in Russia , she worked in the Gymnastics School of Olympic Reserves. She was part of a team of coaches that taught National Champions. Since coming to America in 1999, Lidia has been the head coach for the Girls Program. She coaches all girls from Level 2-7. Coach Lidia has trained her students to success at the local, state and national levels. Her gymnasts placed 1st place in States one time, 2nd place twice, and 3rd place four times. Last year, Coach Lidia had 43 gymnasts compete in the AAU Gymnastics National Championships in Tampa,



Wendy Trinh



Wendy was born and raised in Gainesville, GA. She attends North GA college and state university, where she cheers for their competition cheerleading squad. She was a gymnast for 7 years where she competed all the way through level 8. Wendy has been a gymnastics coach for 4 years now and has taught ages 2-16. She has taught all different levels of recreational gymnastics and some competitive gymnastics during her time coaching.



Ondrea Heimerman

Born in Wichita Kansas, Ondrea Heimerman a.k.a Miss Oh! grew up in a competitive gym program where she competed for five years and fell head over heels in love with the sport. After retiring, her passion for gymnastics was directed to competitive and recreational cheerleading as she continued tumbling. Later Miss Oh! moved to Missouri. Where she attended high school at Oak Park High and was involved in many activities including: Varsity Comp cheerleader 2 years, All American Cheerleader 1 year, and Varsity Diver 1 year, in that year she took first place in conference for the state of Missouri. Her second year in college she began coaching competitive and recreational gymnastics. She soon moved to Georgia and pursued her coaching career while also obtaining photography skills and experience. During her time in Georgia Miss Oh! cheered for the Atlanta Xplosion Women’s Semi professional football team for the last 2 years. She has over 20 years of gymnastics practice and 10 years of cheerleading knowledge, and 5 years of coaching experience. She is a Level 1, 2 and 3 tumbling coach, flyer coach, and assistant coach to the Mini level 1 Firecrackers, the Youth level 2 Dynamos, and the Junior level 2 Bomb Squad.
